Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unworn and unused
In their original condition
Returned with the original packaging
Free from scratches, damage, perfume, makeup, or signs of wear
For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Earrings, for hygiene reasons
Personalized or customized jewelry
Gift cards
Final sale or clearance items
Items showing signs of wear, misuse, or damage caused after delivery
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your jewelry arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item.
We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Eluvia is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
Exchanges
If you would like a different item, size, or color, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.
